I acknowledge and agree motorsport is dangerous and recognise that accidents can and will happen. I also accept and agree as a condition of entry that the Promoters, and any ancillary parties, officials, representatives or agents shall NOT be under any liability for my death, or any bodily injury, loss or damage to my property which may be sustained or incurred by me as a result of my participation in or being present at the event. I advise that I will not undertake any activities unless I consider the Track to be in a condition safe for me to do so.
I, being the responsible owner of the car described herein, certify that the vehicle meets the event's requirements and meets or exceeds safety requirements. I certify that the answers on this form are correct in every particular. (Only applicable if you are the vehicle owner.)
By submitting this entry and participating in the event, you acknowledge and agree that all entry fees are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend for any reason, including but not limited to mechanical failure, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind, no monetary refund will be provided. At the sole discretion of the organiser, a credit for a future event may be issued in the form of a coupon. Any such credit: Is not guaranteed and is issued at the organiser\'s discretion Is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash Must be used within the validity period specified at the time of issue Applies to event entry fees only and does not include licences, extras, or third-party costs If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled by the organiser, entrants will be offered either: Transfer of entry to the rescheduled date; or A credit for a future event (no refunds will be issued) Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, where applicable.
The only acceptable blood/alcohol reading is 0.00. Officials may test you at any time. Any positive reading is immediate exclusion from the rest of the event. Consumption of alcohol or any substance capable of impairing skill and good judgement is strictly prohibited before and during an Activity. Promoters have the right to expel any person from the event and the venue whose behaviour endangers or impacts other people's enjoyment of the event or causes a complaint to be raised with officials. Clothing for drivers and crew must be appropriate for the motorsport activity: at minimum, enclosed footwear with full coverage from ankle to wrist to neck. Racing drivers must wear FIA or SFI approved apparel. Helmets must meet or exceed AS1698. Roll-over protection systems must meet the standards of the category the car competes in. Westhold transmitters must be fitted to all racing vehicles. Officials are volunteers giving their time so you can enjoy your sport and shall be treated with due respect; their directions must be followed promptly. Vehicles must be driven slowly at all times in all areas until actually competing (max 10kph in pit lane and all other non-competing areas). Nobody under the age of 14 is permitted inside the general pit lane area without close adult supervision; children 5 or under must be carried at all times. Cars must be properly prepared: steering, brakes, pads, fluid and all safety equipment (seats and restraints) in excellent condition, as must race apparel. Fire extinguishers fitted to a road car must be secured in the passenger footwell within the driver\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s reach. All loose items must be removed from the vehicle before leaving pit lane. Drivers must hold a Civil Licence and/or a Competition Licence issued by a recognised organisation appropriate to the level of the activity. No animals are permitted into the venue during an event unless approved in writing by management. I/we agree to abide by all of the above.
Drivers must be over the age of 14, and if under 18 must be accompanied by, and have this waiver signed by, a parent or legal guardian.
